Birding Festival-May

Meet Al Batt, the Birder of the Year and fantastic storyteller as well as go on birding tours. See new products and learn more about this wonderful sport of Bird Watching. Hambone Blues Festival - June
The Hambone Blues Jam happens every June, as a Friday night and all day Saturday event for true music lovers! This annual music festival features 10-12 national, regional, and local Blues/Rock/Roots acts. The festival is held on the grassy setting of the driving range at Holiday Park Golf Course, just outside of Austin. Large tents are provided, with a band performing underneath the big tent during the main stage breaks. Parking is available on the festival grounds, with KOA Campgrounds right next door. A great variety of food and beverage vendors are there, as are area arts and crafts artisans selling their wares. Music runs from 6:00 pm-midnight on Friday, and continues on Saturday from 12:00 noon-midnight. This is a non-profit, volunteer-run event, made affordable by area supporters. One low price gets you a weekend of great musical entertainment and summertime fun!

Stampin' and Scrappin' Retreat - March
